从 2018 年 7 月 16 日起，所有进口至科特迪瓦的受管制原材料和产品必须经过评估，并符合 mcappme 实施的符合性评定方案 (voc) 的规定。 这意味着所有进口至科特迪瓦的管控产品需经过评估，并取得符合性证书。

此次科特迪瓦新法规规定的管控产品范围非常广，几乎涵盖所有进口的常规商品； 
暂仅有下列几项产品为非管控：
- gold and other precious metals

- explosives, weapons, ammunition and other war material intended for the national armed forces and to the police force
 为国家武装部队和警察部队准备的爆炸物、武器、弹药和其他战争物资
- live animals
 动物活体
- fresh fish, vegetables and fruit
 鲜鱼、蔬菜和水果
- plants and floricultural products
 植物及花卉产品
- impressed and developed cinematographic films
 刻印发行的电影胶片
- newspapers and periodicals, stamps items or tax, stamp paper, banknotes, check books, passports
报纸和期刊、税票、邮票、纸币、支票簿、护照
- personal effects and used household objects
 私人物品和旧的家庭物品
- used cars
 二手车
- postal parcels

- raw or partially refined oil

- supplies to the diplomatic and consular missions or international organizations, imported for their own needs/use

- raw products and traditional handicraft of community origin
